Beautiful hotel with an exceptional staff! Our water taxi dropped us off at the entrance of the hotel - so special! - and the staff provided 5-star service from that moment through our departure. Their kindness and attention was so appreciated. The rooms are beautifully appointed and the restaurant/bar and terrace were perfect areas to begin and end our days. We also loved that the hotel was tucked away in a quiet part of the city but only a 10-15 minute walk from shopping, restaurants and St. Mark’s Square.

Great hotel. First floor is really interestingly designed and comfortable. The hotel staff is a delight, they truly make you feel welcomed and make themselves totally available. The rooms are comfortable and the bathroom is particularly spacious. Location is also in a quiet yet convenient area. Easy to walk out OR simply take the San Samuele Ferry around the corner.

We stayed at this hotel during our honeymoon (our first stop was Venice!) and we were beyond thrilled with our stay. The staff really go above and beyond, and were so kind and personable to my husband and I. The hotel is stunning and the rooms are modern, elegant, and comfortable. Their food and drinks are DELICIOUS as well! If you’re visiting Venice, we couldn’t recommend this hotel enough!!!
