This is such a gem, tucked away from the crowds. The gardens are absolutely lovely, and so is the staff. Silvia greeted us right away after arriving by water taxi. She was so kind, and made us feel welcome. The general manager also welcomed us, which I thought was wonderful. It really made us feel so comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was amazing. We shared fruit, and I had an omelette, with a side of these mushrooms. Everything tasted incredible. Our waiter Ryan was so sweet, and attentive. We later had drinks, the best Bellini I’ve ever had, and he took such good care of us. A highlight of our trip, was relaxing at the hotel’s garden, and enjoying the atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel!

Hands down one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. The customer service was 10/10. The general manager greeted guests every morning and took great care of everyone. They arranged all our transportation (water taxis) each day which made it extremely easy to navigate the island. The staff went out of their way to make sure we had a memorable time in Venice. It’s located in a quiet residential area, which is very nice. Highly recommend!

What a great hotel. Historic, great location, very clean and a 20 minute boat road from the airport. But above all was the service and staff at this hotel. Exceptional in every way. When I return, I hope I have the opportunity to stay here again. Thank you for a memorable stay in Venice
