Excellent location and impeccable staff services. One of the finest Hyatt hotels around the world, no doubt. It was my second time staying, and it was satisfactory as it had been the first time. Check-in was smooth and efficient, with a nice touch of welcoming drinks. Thanks to Ms. Geumjeong Kim's recommendation, we enjoyed the non-alcoholic champagne, which quickly became our favorite upon trying it. Great breakfast, with attentive services. Special thanks to Mr. Geraldo and Ms. Kotone for wonderful conversations. And as a Globalist, I used the upgrade award to book Park Suite, and it was a great pleasure to stay in it - a very luxurious yet cozy environment. The location is fantastic if you are a tourist to Kyoto. It is right in the center of the busiest attraction of the city. The only downside would be the heavy traffic if you plan to get out of the area via taxi. Overall, if you have the time and money to stay here, I highly recommend it.

Even though we were staying on points, we were treated with the utmost respect and care—something that truly stood out. We were generously upgraded to a stunning garden view corner room and even received a beautiful engagement cake! The team helped us book some of the best restaurant experiences we've ever had and went out of their way to assist with changing local reservations when our plans shifted due to weather. The hotel itself is a perfect blend of modern elegance and traditional Japanese design. Watching the sunset from the terrace was the most breathtaking sunset I’ve ever seen. A huge thank you to the entire staff for making our engagement trip so special. Your diligence and warmth made this stay unforgettable. Highly recommended!
