- —The hotel must immediately address and eliminate the toxic and discriminatory service culture, thoroughly investigating reports of arrogant staff members lying to guests (claiming tables were reserved when they remained empty for two hours) and verbally suggesting that Greek guests are "unwelcome."
- —Management must urgently fix core infrastructure and noise issues in the Arion/Nafsika bungalows, eliminating the massive, unacceptable noise disruption caused by furniture scraping and buffet activities on the marble rooftop floors above guest rooms, which starts as early as 5:10 AM.
- —The dining quality and transparency require immediate correction, addressing the unfulfilled room maintenance promises (brown, non-functional water), ceasing the misleading menu practice (selling regular meat as "Baby Lamb"), and eliminating the constant, strong grill smoke/odor that infiltrates guest rooms and terraces.
