- —The structural integrity and noise insulation of guest rooms require immediate overhaul, eliminating the deafening intrusion of elevator motor noise and hallway conversations/door slamming that severely compromises sleep quality, even in supposedly quiet rooms.
- —Management must immediately clarify and standardize elite and amenity benefits, ensuring all Marriott Elite members receive guaranteed benefits (like early check-in) and clearly communicating that the outdoor rooftop pool is inaccessible to standard guests, to prevent misleading expectations and disappointment.
