Honest review
What could be better
- —The hotel must immediately address and compensate for the shocking safety hazards, specifically the incident of a large statue falling down on guests in the lobby area, which caused pain and required medical attention.
- —Management needs to overhaul basic ethical and financial transparency, eliminating the deceptive practice of charging guests for canceled, unused nights by relying on obscure 7-day cancellation windows and failing to send pre-cancellation reminders.
- —The hospitality and service policies must be standardized to eliminate discrimination and noise intrusion, correcting the rude and judgmental refusal of access to non-resident guests (after confirmation) and resolving the constant internal noise (hallway conversations, key card swipes) that prevents peaceful rest in the small rooms.

How we choose
Every hotel on this list is cross-checked across Google, Booking.com, Tripadvisor, Agoda and Hotels.com — plus first-hand traveler accounts on Reddit, Instagram, and TikTok. We screen aggressively for fake or incentivised reviews and weight only verified, recent, substantive guest feedback. We accept no paid placements and no sponsored reviews. When affiliate links earn a small commission, we disclose it; it never influences which hotels appear here.
