The Ritz-Carlton, Berlin

We spent 3 days here at the beginning of our location, and had an excellent time. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and got us into our room very earl, which we greatly appreciated after a transatlantic red-eye flight that landed very early in the morning. The hotel is located directly on Potsdamer Platz, so there is extremely easy access to trains and mass transit, as well as being centrally located and easily walkable to lots of places in the city. We walked and/or took the train everywhere we went, which was great. The hotel room was clean and well furnished, and housekeeping responded immediately when we asked for extra supplies. We ate at the restaurant one night and had a great meal- excellent service, great food, and a really nice atmosphere. We also did tea in the lobby the day we left, which was really very nice. Overall, we had a really nice stay. We don't usually splurge for 5-star hotels on our trips, so this stay was a true highlight of our trip.

Very nice top end hotel, and excellent music and entertainment (every night!) at The Curtain... Great food and refreshments! And especially wonderful due to the fantastic, smiling, friendly and attentive service from Julia... the smile says it all .. very welcoming. Thank you!

I recently stayed at The Ritz-Carlton for a work event and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. A very special thank you to Doorman Kerem Illhan who saved the day. I accidentally left my handphone in a cab and thanks to Kerem’s alertness and quick action, it was recovered. His professionalism and attentiveness went far beyond expectations. The Ritz-Carlton team consistently delivers excellence but it’s outstanding individuals like Kerem who make the experience unforgettable. Thank you !
