- —The hotel must urgently renovate its outdated and unsanitary overwater bungalows, which guests found covered in black mold with leaking roofs and broken fixtures despite the extremely high nightly rate.
- —The hotel needs to significantly improve its communication and service quality to align with a luxury experience, as staff were consistently rude, uninformed, and failed to rectify basic issues like broken TVs, inconsistent housekeeping, and overcharging for meals.
