Honest review

What could be better

  • The hotel must standardize and modernize its basic room amenities and design, replacing the small, outdated bathrooms with low toilets and sinks lacking counter space, and adding complimentary tea facilities alongside the existing coffee service.
  • Management needs to address and fix exorbitant, hidden fees, eliminating the $ ext{€25}$ surcharge for charging an electric vehicle for a small amount of power that was never disclosed to the guest prior to billing.
  • The hostile, tense service atmosphere must be corrected by resolving internal management issues that cause staff to exhibit "exécrable" (execrable/abominable) moods and act as if serving guests is a corvée, which severely impacts the perceived 5-star value.

How we choose

Every hotel on this list is cross-checked across Google, Booking.com, Tripadvisor, Agoda and Hotels.com — plus first-hand traveler accounts on Reddit, Instagram, and TikTok. We screen aggressively for fake or incentivised reviews and weight only verified, recent, substantive guest feedback. We accept no paid placements and no sponsored reviews. When affiliate links earn a small commission, we disclose it; it never influences which hotels appear here.
