- —Maintenance and core room functionality require immediate attention, fixing fundamental problems like broken bathtubs, barely functioning showers, and non-working air conditioning in multiple rooms, which forced guests to resort to opening windows in winter.
- —Service standardization needs to eliminate unnecessary guest frustration, correcting concierge mistakes (such as mismanaging AMEX reservations) and housekeeping failures (repeatedly removing requested extra duvets), ensuring all staff honor communicated guest preferences and bookings without dismissiveness.
