- —The hotel must immediately address and fix the communication breakdown and unprofessional conduct, eliminating the impossibility of contacting the front desk (due to non-functioning phone lines) and stopping the rude, strange staff practice of canceling called taxis for guests' convenience.
- —The physical property is outdated and substandard for a luxury brand, requiring immediate renovation to eliminate the "old, dirty, and thoroughly unwelcoming" aesthetic and fix critical room flaws like non-adjustable lighting (only full blast or pitch black) .
- —Management must standardize check-in times and honor guest reservations, ensuring rooms are ready by the 3:00 PM check-in time and ceasing the misleading practice of blaming guests' long waits on late check-outs, which violates the core contract of a paid reservation.
