- —The hotel must immediately address and eliminate the toxic attitude of management and staff, tackling reports of supervisors being rude and condescending, and actively observing a guest being publicly harassed by security without intervention .
- —Housekeeping and refreshment service execution require massive improvement, correcting sporadic night turndown service, failure to consistently replenish water bottles and coffee/tea amenities, and rooms being left uncleaned until late afternoon (4:30 PM).
- —The management must stop actively deceiving guests regarding room pricing and amenities, honoring the initial price quoted for long-term stays, eliminating disruptive noise issues (poor DJ sound quality), and communicating clearly that the property lacks an on-site swimming pool.
