- —Management needs to urgently fix fundamental operational and security failures, resolving the unacceptable issues of misplacing or mixing up guest luggage upon check-in, failing to staff the front desk, and moving guests' belongings without clear communication.
- —The maintenance and hygiene protocols require immediate overhaul, eliminating the reported "unpleasant odor" (sewage smell) and poor cleanliness (dust/cobwebs) in rooms, and ceasing the unprofessional practice of dismissing obvious flaws as simply being "due to the building being old."
