- —The hotel needs to drastically improve its customer service and communication by responding to guest complaints and following through on promises, as many guests were ignored after reporting issues like safety hazards, property damage, and theft.
- —The resort should ensure consistency and quality across all its services, including food that was often rotten or undercooked, and a lack of clear information regarding restaurant reservations and property policies like Uber access.
