JW Marriott Cancun Resort & Spa

Loved our stay here. The staff are extremely friendly. The rooms are very clean and looked just like the photos. The room was stocked with high quality snacks and beverages. We spent a lot of time on our patio as we had a gorgeous view of the ocean. All the food was amazing with top notch service. We didn't get a chance to spend time at the outdoor pools as it was raining the entire time so we hung out at the indoor pool which is absolutely stunning. Very relaxing experience. If you like to exercise during vacation, you'll love the gym. Lots of space with great equipment. The only con was the construction they were doing outside of our room but overall we still really enjoyed our stay and still have a 5 star experience. Would love to book at J.W. Marriot again.

I’m not usually the type to return to the same vacation spot more than once, but JW Marriott Cancun has become a reliable favorite for a relaxing, high-quality stay. The property is so beautiful and well maintained, with a gorgeous lobby, lush landscaping, several large pools, and a really great beach. What really sets it apart, though, are the service, the spa, and the over-the-too breakfast buffet. The staff is consistently warm, professional, and attentive. Israel at the front entrance always gives us that warm welcoming start, and Edgar on the breakfast buffet team is especially kind and helpful. The spa experience is equally exceptional. Estrella helped create a calm, unrushed atmosphere, and I had an excellent deep tissue massage with Alejandro. Overall, the hotel runs so smoothly, the amenities are top-notch, and the team makes you feel genuinely cared for. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a polished, restorative Cancun resort experience.

I visited the resort to attend the Mayo Clinic Cardiology Conference with a colleague and friend of mine and have to say my experience was unlike any other trip I have taken in my life, and I have been all over the world. The staff was so accommodating and friendly, the resort was absolutely beautiful, the food was excellent (especially enjoyed the Italian restaurant - recommend the short rib ravioli with pecorino cream sauce)! And the spa - was the best part hands down. I had a facial with Blanca and I have never felt so relaxed in my life. She was so professional thorough and accommodating and provided the best facial service I have ever experienced. My skin is looking so healthy and I feel brand new. Absolutely recommend this resort to anyone and the spa is a must.
