Kempinski Hotel Cancun

Amazing stay. We Head 4 wonderful days as Part of our trip to the Reviera Maya. What can I say it was outstanding. Very Nice an clean rooms of high standard, very good dining options and a wonderful very clean Beach which ist well maintained. But what stands out is the wonderful Service and the kindness of the staff everywhere. I can t mention anything negative. In particular I would Like to mention Jorge Carlos, who Made our Beach-experience Special. Thank you so much. We would love to come back.

My wife and I stayed at Kempinski Cancun and had a wonderful time. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Everyone was friendly, helpful and attentive without being over the top. The breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay. There were plenty of options and everything tasted fresh and delicious. We also spent a lot of time at the pool and jacuzzi, which were perfect for relaxing during the day. One of my favorite parts was falling asleep to the sound of the ocean! It was incredibly peaceful. I forgot to take photos of the room, but it was comfortable and very well kept. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely come back. We have also stayed at Kempinski resorts in Bali, Dubai, Slovenia and Budapest, and this property is very much on brand. The level of service and overall experience were exactly what we have come to expect from Kempinski!

Our stay at kempinski cancun was incredible! The hotel is gorgeous and extremely clean and well maintained, food is delicious, the breakfast buffet is the best we’ve had at a hotel there’s even a taco chef at a made to order taco station with everything you can think of including fresh tortillas. The service is top notch as well. Truly a 5 Star experience all around. An example of the outstanding service is when my husband lost his wedding ring on the beach. We reported it to security but had little hopes it would get recovered. The team was incredible and was able to find his ring that was lost in the sand. Thank you so much to Rene Cruz, Israel Jimenez and Even de La Rosa for recovering the wedding ring! We highly recommend staying at the Kempinski Cancun and can’t wait to return!!
