- —The resort needs to be transparent about its policies and offerings, as guests were misled by "guaranteed" room upgrades and were not informed of corporate parties or other events that could disturb their stay.
- —Management must improve its customer service and communication, as front desk staff were unhelpful, unresponsive, and failed to resolve legitimate complaints about broken amenities and misrepresented bookings.
