- —The resort needs to significantly improve its communication and management of guest services, as guests experienced a lack of responsiveness to complaints, rude staff, and were unable to book specialty restaurants due to long waitlists and lack of availability.
- —The hotel should enhance its food and beverage quality, as guests complained about an inadequate breakfast buffet, unappetizing food, and a limited beverage selection that did not match the standards of an all-inclusive resort.
