- —The service culture requires an immediate overhaul to eliminate the reported instances of condescending, cold, and unprofessional staff behavior, especially from front-of-house, concierge, and beach staff.
- —The Carlton should stop the practice of charging hotel guests to use the Beach Club and ensure that when services are limited (due to partial closure or overbooking), staff clearly communicate availability and provide prompt, satisfactory solutions.
