- —Improve the overall breakfast experience by ensuring hot food is served hot and replacing under-cooked items, and fixing immediate room issues like ants on the walls and faulty hot water systems.
- —Provide a more frequent and useful shuttle service (currently operating only once a day) to compensate for the remote location, and ensure the on-site bar serves high-quality, decent coffee expected in a coffee-centric city.
