- —Address the multiple issues of heavy dust, moldy smell, and pest infestation (ants/spiders) in rooms, and immediately fix defects like broken, leaking showers and faulty amenities (e.g., broken bicycles, non-working coffee machines).
- —Train staff to be genuinely welcoming, rather than "cold and hurried," and stop allocating small, dark rooms with poor views (e.g., facing walls or dumpsters) at the same high price as premium courtyard rooms.
