- —The hotel must urgently eliminate the pervasive wasp infestation in all dining areas, which is reported to ruin meals and is highly dangerous, especially given the large number of young children present.
- —Management needs to reduce the "pure chaos" and excessive noise in the main buffet restaurant during peak hours, and drastically upgrade the quality and variety of the "very poor" evening entertainment program.
- —The housekeeping staff should be trained to perform an evening turndown service, and maintenance must resolve plumbing issues (smelly pipes and poor shower design) and noise transfer issues between adjoining rooms/elevators.
