- —Address poor cleanliness and maintenance in the wellness areas, specifically fixing the consistently tepid hot food in the buffet and eliminating the smelly, dirty conditions reported in the indoor spa and sauna area.
- —Improve room design and bathroom safety by replacing the dated, uncomfortable beds, correcting the dangerous scalding hot-to-cold shower issue, and eliminating the ridiculously deep bathtubs that pose a disaster risk.
- —Enhance room value and staff courtesy by stopping the practice of demanding a €50 fee to move rooms away from undesirable locations and ensuring sunbeds/umbrellas are maintained and sufficient for guest use.
