- —Eliminate all severe hot water and plumbing issues (going from freezing to scalding or completely non-existent water flow) that risk guest safety and require continuous plumber visits.
- —Rectify unacceptable booking and check-in failures, preventing overbooking that forces couples to share family rooms, and ensuring hot buffet food is actually hot during service hours.
