Honest review
What could be better
- —Immediately cease all loud construction and jackhammering during guest stays, as this activity (which the hotel allegedly misled guests about) is waking guests early and ruining the luxury experience.
- —Significantly improve the food and beverage offerings by diversifying the basic breakfast buffet (adding croissants/more variety) and ensuring hot dishes are served hot, rather than cold and dry.
- —Update the outdated and misleading property rating to accurately reflect its status as a repurposed, large "tired" 4-star property, not a 5-star boutique hotel, to align with the high prices charged.

How we choose
Every hotel on this list is cross-checked across Google, Booking.com, Tripadvisor, Agoda and Hotels.com — plus first-hand traveler accounts on Reddit, Instagram, and TikTok. We screen aggressively for fake or incentivised reviews and weight only verified, recent, substantive guest feedback. We accept no paid placements and no sponsored reviews. When affiliate links earn a small commission, we disclose it; it never influences which hotels appear here.
