Kempinski was our first hotel in Dubai, and if the level of service across the city is anything like it is here, then this is easily one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had worldwide. The staff is exceptional - attentive, efficient, and always available when needed. The rooms are of very high quality, spacious, and beautifully finished. A huge advantage is the direct connection to Dubai Mall and the proximity to Burj Khalifa. Highly recommended.

I stayed a few days at Kempinski The Boulevard Hotel, Dubai, and my experience was excellent. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and perfectly located. Special thanks to room attendant Deshika for her outstanding service. She was always polite, friendly, and made sure my room was spotless every day. Truly appreciated. I highly recommend this hotel.
