- —The resort must urgently upgrade and maintain its physical facilities, including replacing old, dirty carpets and sofas, repairing malfunctioning showers and tubs, and ensuring beds are comfortable.
- —The hotel should train its staff to be more helpful and professional, as guests were treated disrespectfully, had trouble reaching staff by phone, and were offered no assistance in recovering lost items.
