- —Management needs to overhaul basic service training and consistency, correcting the issue of incorrect breakfast orders being delivered repeatedly and ensuring laundry service is available, especially for emergency period accidents (instead of being rudely refused).
- —The structural design and operational transparency must be improved, addressing the reported thin walls that allow external noise intrusion, replacing the unsecured climbing box required for balcony access, and providing clear, comprehensive in-room dining menus.
