- —The hotel must replace overly firm mattresses (the sole reason for a deduction of one star) and fix dysfunctional bathroom fixtures (e.g., in-tub shower heads) to prevent guests from slipping and being unable to shower comfortably.
- —Management must clearly communicate privatized restaurant areas and unexpected closures, and enforce professional training for dining staff who are currently slow, unprofessional, and fail to understand basic German language requests.
- —The hotel must either lower the exorbitantly high daily parking fee of €45 or clearly advertise this cost in advance. They should also provide a fully stocked in-room minibar instead of requiring guests on high floors to use the lobby shop.
