- —Management must immediately address the reported verbal abuse and intimidating behavior from the Front of House Manager, as this level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable for the Hilton brand and caused guests to feel unsafe.
- —The hotel must improve its billing process to prevent incorrect charges and the aggressive withholding of luggage/refunds. Additionally, the mandatory, non-standard deposit policy (cash only) should be clearly communicated in advance.
- —Housekeeping needs better quality control to ensure all toilets are properly cleaned upon guest arrival. The hotel should also proactively disclose nearby large construction noise that starts early, affecting guest comfort in rooms facing the building site.
