- —Management needs to acknowledge and mitigate the "worrisome" security issue caused by addicts near the train station area, which guests must walk through, making the location feel unsafe.
- —The hotel needs to eliminate the loud, constant bass and music noise that permeates rooms from the Roomers Bar and correct fundamental accounting errors, such as incorrectly charging minibar items multiple times, which wastes guests' time.
