- —Management and concierge teams must overhaul internal communication and service delivery, eliminating the widespread pattern of ignoring guests (making them wait 30 minutes for service or being left alone in unserved lounge areas) and ensuring all reported issues are acknowledged by leadership with genuine sincerity, not just boilerplate email responses.
- —Front-of-house staff must be rigorously trained on core service execution, specifically eliminating basic failures like the rude refusal to help with luggage, knowing menus and cocktail recipes, and understanding the simple logistics of serving multiple tables efficiently without needing to mentally memorize and later forget orders.
