- —The management must perform a mandatory and immediate overhaul of cleanliness, maintenance, and room design, eliminating the serving of breakfast buffet items described as "highway restaurant quality" and fixing critical flaws like cracked walls, dirty and poorly designed rooms, and all-glass bathrooms that cause significant flooding.
