- —Pest control and basic housekeeping maintenance must be drastically improved to eliminate the presence of spiders and other pests in guest rooms, which severely compromises the perceived cleanliness and luxury standards.
- —Management needs to adopt a more flexible and empathetic guest-first approach, eliminating the strict, formal denial of basic requests (like reservation changes due to medical emergency) and the expensive feeling of only offering the owner's proprietary food and wine selections.
