- —The management needs to perform a full technical and design overhaul of all rooms, correcting major flaws like poor bathroom drainage, non-functioning AC/ventilation, illogical lighting controls, and the confusing, small, and dated aesthetic of the split-layout bathrooms .
- —The breakfast experience must be dramatically re-calibrated to offer luxury value, eliminating the stingy "rationing" of standard pastries/bread and the unacceptable high supplemental charges for basic luxury breakfast items like avocado and fresh berries, which are typically included at this price point.
