- —Resolve critical room and service malfunctions by immediately repairing non-functional room phones (forcing guests to walk to reception in their pajamas), addressing poor AC effectiveness, and ensuring all beds/mattresses are comfortable and updated.
- —Address the hotel's misrepresentation of its luxury status by correcting the inadequate facilities (like the "ridiculously small" and "cold" sauna/gym) and by training staff to provide proactive, 5-star service rather than condescendingly demanding guests submit formal complaints.
