- —Management must take full accountability for service failures and eliminate condescension, immediately addressing the failure of internal communication that ruined a wedding weekend and correcting the dismissive, arrogant tone used when reviewing the fully documented customer complaint.
- —The hotel must solve critical noise intrusion issues for rooms facing the street, eliminating the loud, audible nightclub noise from Unioninkatu that makes sleeping difficult without earplugs and actively providing adequate soundproofing or earplugs in all standard amenities.
- —Fundamental safety and accessibility infrastructure must be corrected, eliminating dangerous flaws like the protruding metal toilet paper holder that caused physical injury and mitigating the presence of numerous difficult-to-navigate stairs and unexpected door thresholds that pose risks, particularly to guests with mobility challenges.
