- —The management must urgently overhaul kitchen and breakfast service efficiency, resolving the problem of 45-minute waits for simple egg dishes, serving spoiled or substandard ingredients (old salad/olives), and eliminating the severely limited portion sizes which guests felt were overpriced.
- —The hotel needs to eliminate confusing and restrictive policies that hinder the guest experience, specifically adding Turkish menus (where only English is offered, creating a "class distinction"), enforcing coherent rules regarding taking photographs, and ensuring the cost/quality justifies its luxury pricing in Istanbul.
