- —Service protocols must be overhauled to eliminate employee arrogance and hostility, specifically addressing instances of rudeness, refusal to assist guests (e.g., regarding Wi-Fi access), and the failure of customer relations to offer even a simple apology when damage is reported.
- —The hotel needs to eliminate nontransparent costs and policy issues, clarifying the mandatory extra charge for using the Turkish Hamam and small spa area, and resolving the loss of quality/value in highly expensive amenities like the shisha/hookah service.
