- —The premium food and beverage offerings require immediate quality control and price-to-value correction, fixing the terrible quality of the expensive hookah/shisha, eliminating charges for basic needs (like water and cups), and improving the taste and execution of desserts and coffee.
- —Management must standardize flexible and personalized service recognition, ensuring that frequent guests receive genuine prioritization for requests (like late checkout) without having to beg, eliminating the perception that they are being treated dismissively or unfairly.
