- —Service must be standardized to eliminate rudeness and perceived classism, ensuring all staff treat guests professionally (not "argumentatively" or dismissively) and honor benefits for loyal Globalist/elite members without requiring confrontation.
- —The physical property is in urgent need of renovation and modernization to correct the "dated" and "run-down" impression, as the overall experience currently feels closer to a motel than a fine hotel .
