- —Management must eliminate reported discriminatory and hostile staff conduct, initiating an immediate investigation into security and doorman staff who refuse access to local Turkish taxis or overtly state they "do not want Arabs," which is unprofessional, rude, and potentially illegal.
- —The leadership needs to honor service recovery promises and improve basic offerings, ensuring that promised room upgrades are actually implemented (not swapping identical rooms), and fixing the substandard food quality (poor lentil soup, old ingredients) and lack of fresh juice expected from a luxury Rixos property.
