- — Rectify the severe delays and non-delivery of room service orders, ensure all housekeeping and turn-down services are completed daily, and ensure staff are consistently polite and attentive rather than requiring tips for good service.
- —Address reports of outdated rooms, non-functional "smart TVs", and general maintenance issues (e.g., dead lizards, broken furniture) to meet the expected standards of a 5-star resort.
