- —Ensure basic room amenities (like soap and proper duvet covers) are consistently and immediately replenished upon request, and clearly communicate that spa treatments must be pre-booked well before arrival to prevent disappointment.
- —Review and eliminate "bizarre charges" for simple items like ice or water at dinner, as these inconsistent and unreasonable costs severely damage the perception of the hotel's 5-star value.
