- —The evening meal choice has diminished (based on previous visits), featuring too many "meat in sauces" dishes, and requires a complete rethink of menus to include a wider selection of fresh vegetables and children's options.
- —The spa circuit is perceived as overpriced for what is offered. The hotel must immediately correct the misleading absence of beach showers on its beachfront and enhance the evening entertainment, which guests find unmemorable and boring.
