Four Seasons Hotel Madrid

At the last night before to Madrid changed to Four Seasons. What a wise decision that we made! Great service and wonderful room! From the front door staff to housekeeper, they all offer warm and friendly service, they all remember our name. Thank you again for decoration of my wife birthday without our asking. I believe this is the top ranking hotel in the world, and hope will come back in short future!

My wife and I had the pleasure of celebrating our first wedding anniversary with you, and the experience was simply magical. From the impeccable service to the beautifully appointed room, every detail exceeded our expectations. Both restaurants were outstanding, and the spa and gym are truly a must-visit. We would especially like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Lucia, Front Desk Manager, for the thoughtful room arrangements and personalized amenities, which made our stay even more special. In addition, Almudeina from the Concierge team went above and beyond with her exceptional recommendations. She even took the time to source Real Madrid scarves for match day an unforgettable gesture that meant the world to us. A special mention as well to Yassine from Breakfast for his outstanding service, Raoul from Concierge, the French sommelier at ISA (my apologies for not recalling his name), as well as the entire ISA team and the Reception team, all of whom were truly fantastic. Thank you once again for making this milestone celebration so memorable.
