- —Management needs to address severe health and safety concerns and poor food execution, immediately investigating reports of unclean food and eliminating the presence of numerous pigeons and noticeable dirt in the supposedly serene outdoor bar area.
- —The physical property is outdated and substandard for a luxury brand, requiring renovation to correct the "small and cramped" room size, and ensuring staff wardrobe and presentation align with the 5-star standard, rather than appearing gues like "fake jewelry."
