- —The hotel must immediately address and eliminate the pervasive hygiene and cleanliness failures, tackling visible mold in the shower corners, hair balls on the sink, dirty floors, and nasty yellow stains on the toilet seat, alongside the presence of flies and rotting food in the spa relaxation area .
- —Management needs to overhaul the staff culture to eliminate rudeness, arrogance, and exclusivity, addressing instances where staff are "extremely rude and discourteous," refuse entry to hotel members' guests (even for quick document drops), and contribute to a generally chaotic and uncomfortable atmosphere.
- —The physical dining layout and room environment must be corrected, eliminating the claustrophobic and crowded table arrangement that causes staff to constantly bump into guests, and fixing structural room flaws that lead to insane noise levels (stomping, honking) and excessively dark interiors.
