- —The hotel must immediately address and eliminate the toxic attitude of management and staff, tackling reports of rude and unwelcoming employees (including a manager) and the highly unprofessional practice of sending the bill with the drinks, which felt like a rude signal for guests to leave.
- —The physical property is unsafe, filthy, and requires immediate renovation, eliminating "disgusting" public areas with 1979 carpets and addressing the major security issue of lifts accommodating the public going to the terrace, who can then access guest corridors .
- —Management must overhaul logistics and amenity replenishment, fixing the severe disorganization in luggage handling (40-minute wait, no bellhops available) and ensuring that basic amenities (robes, extra towels, dental kits) are consistently stocked in all rooms, not just upon request.
