- —The hotel must immediately address and eliminate the toxic, rude, and chaotic staff culture, resolving the severe inefficiency that causes wait times of 25–30 minutes for a coat retrieval (in an empty cloakroom) and preventing employees from giving rude excuses or fiddling bills.
- —Management needs to halt deceptive and potentially fraudulent billing practices, immediately investigating and refunding reported erroneous credit card charges (totaling thousands of dollars) that remained unresolved for weeks despite management confirming the hotel's error.
- —The property is in dire need of structural maintenance, deep cleaning, and noise mitigation, eliminating the reported dirty and stained rooms (including used bedding/towels left for new guests) and fixing the loud, ineffective air conditioning and thin walls that make sleep difficult .
